Welcome to Daily Grace. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily Grace mobile application (the “App”) operated by Apparent Group Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial spiritual purposes.

2.1 Prayer Journal

The App allows you to create personal entries, including prayers, reflections, and gratitude notes (“User Content”).

2.2 Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership over your personal journal entries.

2.3 License to Us

By creating User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services to you (e.g., saving your prayers to your account).

2.4 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content, including its accuracy and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Company Content

All content provided by Apparent Group Limited through the App, including text, graphics, audio, “Power Talks,” logos, and software, is the property of Apparent Group Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2 AI-Generated Content

Some content delivered through the App may be generated using artificial intelligence. While we curate and review such content, we do not guarantee its accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Features

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.

4.2 Billing

If you choose to purchase a subscription, you will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Prices and subscription periods are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

4.3 Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the App Store policies of Apple and Google. We do not directly process refunds.

5.1 For Spiritual Guidance Only

The App is designed for spiritual, religious, and devotional purposes. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or counseling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a licensed professional.

5.2 “As Is” Basis

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5.3 No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding specific spiritual results or outcomes from using the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apparent Group Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing the App during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apparent Group Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
